Awards
The Japanese Society of Applied Entomology and Zoology provides a society fellowship award and a young scientist award. The society fellowship award is conferred on a member who shows remarkable achievement in applied entomology and/or applied zoology. The young scientist award is conferred on a young member (less than 40 years old) who is expected to make progress in applied entomology and/or applied zoology. Our society rules that two members in the society be honored with the society fellowship award, and two or fewer with the young scientist award annually, usuallytwo winners are selected for both awards.
